For this final class project, three students in the Nevada Reading Excellence Act Masters Cohort developed a series of pamphlets describing readers at four levels. The purpose of the pamphlets is to allow classroom teachers to use them as tools for parent-teacher conferences. Our intent is to supply a disk for each teacher, in order to allow him or her to print and distribute the pamphlets to their parents as needed. It is recommended that the pamphlets NOT be sent out without discussion of the contents and the value they hold. It is our hope that these pamphlets will be a useful, simple way for parents to work with their children at home.
