Edvantia is an education research and development not-for-profit corporation founded in 1966. Edvantia partners with educators, agencies, publishers, and service providers to improve learning and advance student success. Formerly known as the Applachia Educational Laboratory in Charleston, WV, the name was changed to Edvantia in July of 2005 to connote both education and advantage.
